Goat’s milk is great for dry and sensitive skin. It contains plenty of vitamins, particularly Vitamin A that is necessary for soft tissue repair. It also contains plenty of minerals including Selenium, whose characteristics are preventing skin damage from sun exposure and also it s believed to have an important role in preventing skin cancer.
